Background colors of posts

Greyhawk, do you have control over the background colors for individual posts? Right now the color alternates between to similar shaded of blue-gray. Odd-numbered posts are a little darker than even-numbered ones. I'm wondering if the colors could be changed to ones less similar than the current ones. I sometimes find it tough to tell where one post ends and the next begins (although maybe it's just me).

I'm not crazy about the lack of contrast between the text and the backgrounds in general. My eyesight is not that great these days. I may toy with the idea of changing the color scheme completely at some point.

In the meantime, I have no problem with making the lighter of the alternating post backgrounds even lighter if I can figure out how to do it.

Okay, I've made the lighter alternating background white. If you can't see that as you read this, clear your cache or something.

I'll adjust it to something in between what is was and total white shortly.
