White tailed Hawk

Need help identifying a bird? Please post your question here and if possible include a photo. Also let us know where and when you saw the bird. Is this a white tailed Hawk seen in Palo Duro today

I see no reason to think that plus that would be exceedingly rare. Red-tailed would be my guess.

Yeah I was trying to turn the shadows into dark flight feathers and it did have a noticeable dihedral in flight but looks normal for red tailed to me now
