Darling Bride says while I was over the border in SC this morning, four Wild Turkey wandered across the yard. They would have been yard lifers.

No, I'm not familiar enough with western warblers to think the bird resembles a specific one. I just got an overall warbler vibe from it, not an oriole one. I don't remember the original ID discussion.

it has been rather warm this month in the Dallas area, in the 80s for a lot of days in February is really unusual. the one's that frequent my feeder typically leave in early Oct and return in April. maybe I should put my feeders back out. thou usually the Juncos are gone when the hummers get back ...
