Cormorant

Need help identifying a bird? Please post your question here and if possible include a photo. Also let us know where and when you saw the bird. Cormorant

I saw this bird today at a pier in Union County, NJ. It was taken at a distance, but I think this one is a great cormorant. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
